No fantasy here. The effect is exactly the same as using talcum powder or any other powder. It does not work 100%, the odor remains. On the downside, it ran out very quickly, just like all spray deodorants.

I was swayed by the reviews, but in the end, the smell did not go away (and it is now summer and I am wearing summer shoes). My feet are less sweaty, but the smell of this thing is definitely not pleasant, to say the least. I will look for other options.
