Before the first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Start by washing your hands thoroughly with soap. Fold the cup; there are different folding methods you can try to find the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating that it is correctly positioned. If uncertain, feel the base of the cup – it should be round or oval when inserted correctly. If you feel dents or folds, the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently grip the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a seal. Once in place, gently pull on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction seal is established, and the cup is successfully inserted!
