Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Make sure to wash your hands with soap and water first. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods - you can try various ones and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating that it has been properly positioned. If in doubt, feel the base of the cup - it should be round or oval when inserted correctly. If you feel dents or folds in the cup, it means it hasn't fully expanded. Gently grasp the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once in place, try pulling slightly on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is established, and the cup is successfully positioned!
