It is ideal for use both day and night, offering freedom of movement and comfort.
Features of the MeLuna Sport Shorty Menstrual Cup:
- Made from high-quality thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) – a health-safe material;
- Size S is suitable for women with low to medium menstrual flow;
- Sports modification with a shortened stem for better comfort during physical activity;
- Dark purple color – stylish and practical;
- Easy to use and maintain – can be sterilized by boiling;
- Up to 12 hours of continuous protection – perfect for an active day or a restful night;
- Economical choice – lasts for several years.-
Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Ensure you wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods - you can try them and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it has been properly positioned. If in doubt, feel the base of the cup - it should be round or oval when properly inserted. If you feel any dents or indentations, it means the cup has not fully expanded. Gently grasp the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once in place, gently pull on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is established, and the cup is correctly positioned!
