Don’t give up your usual activities, socializing with friends, or planned trips, because with the MeLuna Classic Menstrual Cup with a ball, forgetting about heavy flow is so easy! This hygienic product, made from high-quality materials, perfectly absorbs any liquid, prevents leaks and, along with them, stiffness, excessive apathy, and constant doubts. The Classic Menstrual Cup Ball is extremely simple and understandable in use, easy to care for, and even more environmentally friendly than its "classic" counterparts. A capacious reservoir reduces the demand for tampons or pads, which can remain in the environment as they take hundreds of years to decompose.

Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Be sure to wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods you can try to find the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. When properly positioned, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound. If in doubt, feel the bottom of the cup—it should be round or oval when correctly inserted. If you feel dents, the cup has not fully opened. Gently grip the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once in place, gently tug the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is established, and the cup is successfully inserted!
