Special days for women are not a valid reason to forgo active leisure activities, carefree parties with friends, or scheduled gym visits. The Sport Menstrual Cup Stem is excellent at absorbing various fluids, preventing leaks, and thus, avoiding body, clothing, and lingerie stains. This functional attribute is characterized by its ease of repeated use and its environmentally friendly nature—the high-quality material from which the cup is made does not harm the environment, unlike its "classic predecessors".

Before first use, sterilize the cup by boiling it in water for 3-5 minutes. Make sure to wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods – you can try them and choose the one that works best for you. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it has been correctly positioned. If unsure, feel the base of the cup – it should be round or oval once inserted. If you notice any dents or indentations, it means the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently hold the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once it’s in place, gently tug on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is established, and the cup is successfully inserted!
