Before the first use, sterilize the cup by boiling it in water for 3-5 minutes. Be sure to thoroughly wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. There are various folding methods you can try to find the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. The cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it has been properly positioned. If you're unsure, feel the base of the cup – it should be round or oval when inserted correctly. If you detect any dents or folds, the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently grip the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once properly positioned, gently tug on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is in place and the cup is securely installed!
