I bought this product based on the recommendation of a cosmetologist, but not from here. The gel itself is very impressive. It has a pleasant and light herbal scent that is not overpowering. It is also extremely economical to use. Just two tiny pea-sized amounts are enough to fully cleanse the face and neck because it lathers well (compared to other cleansers I've tried, this gel is definitely the most economical in this regard).
Overall, it performs well in achieving its intended purpose - cleansing the skin and providing a fresh feeling. I have been using the entire line of products, including the toner and cream, for a short while, so it's too early to talk about any "wow" effects. However, out of all three products, I definitely liked this gel the most!
