It's noticeable, but not as strong as shimmer, and the name suggests that it's a shimmering lotion.

There will be no shimmering glow whatsoever. This product resembles a light cream with a shimmer or pearl effect that is completely invisible when rubbed in. Even in daylight, it will not be visible on the skin. It slightly moisturizes and has a scent that lasts for several hours on the skin.

Amazing milk. Delicate pinkish glow like a highlighter. No glitter. Skin feels soft, smooth, and velvety. Provides excellent hydration. My summer love.

Don't expect any flickering, just a moisturizing cream.
