Does your Narciso Rodriguez fragrance collection need a refill? Then it's time to discover an original creation by Caroline Sabas, a girl who has boldly asserted herself as one of the most talented perfumers. She is the author of Oud Musc perfume, which has already conquered the hearts of many men and women. This is a highly unusual composition with a unique magnetism, which invites you to experience the magic of oriental woody intonations.
The fragrance is opened by sweet-scented accents of myrtle, which was considered a symbol of youth, beauty, and chastity by the ancient Greeks not without reason. It is accompanied by black pepper, which intrigues the olfactory receptors with its piquancy and transmits the baton to insanely sensual floral notes. At the same time, its base is woven from the oriental oud's nobility and warm musk breath. Magic, isn't it?
I bought this fragrance at the beginning of last year and at a more reasonable price. I ordered it blindly because I adore the entire perfume collection of Narciso Rodriguez - they are the gurus of musky aromas for me and it's their impeccable signature style. But this particular fragrance raised a lot of questions for me. It is not characteristic of Rodriguez's style at all. For me, it smells like "bedbugs," and don't laugh! However, I recently came across a "new release" from Byredo and was simply amazed because it was their Narciso Oud Musk in their bottle! They just gave it the Mandarin name for some reason. Here's the point - it seems that there is a trend now for strange scents that might seem disgusting at first. However, in this case, I highly recommend first not to order it blindly - it is very different from all of NR's scents. Secondly, it is essential to get to know it in order to be "trendy" - it seems to be a new perfume trend. Thirdly, this fragrance is very stubborn and requires time to understand it. It is very long-lasting, very powerful, with a medium to strong sillage. It's interesting but specific. It took me a year and a half as a NR fan to fully appreciate its beauty. Challenging but nice. God forbid you buy it based on my review!)
