The product is advertised as a conditioner-mask. The consistency is thick and milky-beige in color. I apply it to my hair from the roots after washing it with a shampoo from a different brand. After using it, my hair feels soft, has a pleasant herbal scent, and looks shiny. However, I haven't noticed any strengthening or anti-hair loss effects after using it for a couple of months. By the way, I also take a vitamin and collagen complex while using this product. Interestingly, my hair falls out more when rinsing it with water. I think it's because the conditioner's consistency is meant for thick Korean hair and weighs mine down. Although, after washing, my hair feels fresh and has a unique laminated sensation. My hair tends to get greasy, but this conditioner doesn't make it greasy as quickly as other conditioners do. Overall, I like it as a hair nourishing mask. Maybe it should be used together with a shampoo from the same brand. However, I wouldn't buy it again for anti-hair loss purposes.
Great conditioner, I have been using it for four months now. It makes my hair shiny, soft, and easy to style. However, I haven't noticed any prevention of hair loss with this product.

This conditioner is just average. It doesn't justify the price they ask for it. The bottle is beautiful and has a herbal scent, but it doesn't leave any residue on the hair. The consistency is thick and it does soften the hair. However, there is no visual effect of smoothness and well-groomed appearance. From what I understood, if you have Asian hair that is smooth and without any issues, then this conditioner would work for you. But for my Slavic hair, which is dyed and exposed to the blow dryer and the sun... unfortunately, it doesn't work well. Whether it helps with hair loss is also a question. After all, it's not medicinal cosmetics.
