I really liked this thing, it gives a great massage.
I ordered the golden color, but the delivery was not from the EU, yet they still made the delivery for 29 UAH. And on top of that, I had to add more products to reach the minimum order amount of 169 UAH. So I received two separate packages within two weeks... Terrible service! They didn't inform me about the splitting of orders! They say they didn't remove the checkmark so they wouldn't call you... The makeup urgently needs to improve its service and respect its customers. Make the interface convenient for customers, not for yourselves!!!
Previously, they always called, and I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. So I know how it used to be.
Therefore, refusing to remove the checkmark is inappropriate, especially when splitting orders! The customer will not look for information in their email.
They are not in the office, they are at home and at work with their phone.
And you have relaxed, the whole service consists of communicating with the courier, whom you wait for, negotiate with, basically you create and organize the service yourself.
Seems convenient, but everyone understands that the delivery costs are included in the product price.

Where do they inform the customer about deadlines, availability, ask if it's convenient to receive two packages, and whether it will be necessary by then...
