We have previously purchased various creams with a warming effect - nothing, it literally warmed for 5-10 minutes and that's it... We didn't have high hopes for this one either, but... as practice has shown, it's a really great product. I bought it for my grandmother as a warming mud, we applied it both during the day and at night, leaving it on for 20-40 minutes (wiping it off when it started to feel very hot), and it keeps the warmth for a long time.
