Le Couvent des Minimes Porto Bello Eau de Parfum

Incredible find! This is my first experience with this brand by Jean-Claude Ellena, and now I understand all those reviews that tempted me to buy it. The embossed box, the printing, the bottle with a magnetic cap... Day one - oh no, it's a masculine scent, luxurious, slightly peppery, I thought I needed to exchange it. Then came the incense, lots of smoke and incense, alright, I'll keep it for winter. Day two - leather. Such a chic, prickly scent, almost like oud. But after wearing it for three hours, I accidentally caught a whiff of it in my hair - a subtle leather note, and the fragrance envelops you in an aura close to the skin, cozy, honeyed, sweet, but not cloying. The scent is noticeable but not loud, balanced, delicate, evolves over time, niche, high-quality, sophisticated, expensive, but not "evening." I sense rum or whiskey, but without the alcoholic notes. I recommend women try it in cold weather. In the fall under a leather jacket, or on a rainy day under a sweater, it's a fragrance for someone close who leans in towards you... I'm impressed, I want the entire collection.
