I didn't buy it here, but I will write a review in case it is useful for someone.
First of all, if you have combination/oily skin, it's better to choose something else. I ordered it based on my dermatologist's recommendation (I treat my skin with topical retinoids) and because my skin is irritated and dry. This toner suits me well and doesn't leave any stickiness, even if I apply several layers.
Regarding the alcohol in the ingredients, alcohol is not harmful in this case, it is actually helpful for this formula. I would also like to point out that ingredients >1% can be listed in any order (even after the fragrance), it doesn't indicate an ineffective composition, etc.
Now, about the scent. It's very strange. In the hands, it smells like something alcoholic, but after application, it has a slightly stale seaweed scent (I understand that scent perception is individual). But it is what it is.
As for effectiveness, it works 200%. The skin is moisturized, calmed, firm, and radiant.
I think that on my oily skin without topical retinoids, I would have experienced both stickiness and a greasy pancake effect. I also want to add that I apply it on dry skin, but before applying, I use thermal water (I wait for the skin to dry) and then only the toner.

Ladies, before writing about the stickiness of the toner on your skin, find out how to use it correctly! Toner should be applied to damp face after cleansing, using patting motions with your palms. After that, apply the serum with the same patting technique, and finish with a moisturizer. Personally, I only use it at night.
The toner is excellent! It works wonders, especially for mature skin. Don't expect it to replace a visit to a cosmetologist, but as an additional product, it works well.
Sticky, clogs pores, face looks greasy, pimples appeared on the skin after 4 days of use. I am absolutely dissatisfied with the product!
I bought a toner and an emulsion, hoping for a "breath of freshness," good moisturization without feeling weighed down. My skin is combination leaning towards oily, but I also have dry and dehydrated areas. The effect on my skin: well...there seems to be some moisturization...but! This awful stickiness...it doesn't go away at all...not immediately, not after 5 minutes, not even after an hour...So in the end, I don't enjoy using these products because of the stickiness. It gives me a feeling of "uncleanliness" on my face, which is particularly unpleasant during the summer, in the heat. Plus, in the morning, I wake up with a greasy (very specifically) pancake, which hasn't happened in a long time.
The packaging is cool, the textures and scent are pleasant...but unfortunately, the effect is not there.
I use it together with the serum. The effect is incredible. I only need to use it once every 3 days and my skin feels nourished, moisturized, and without any greasiness. I have also forgotten about blackheads. My skin is combination, prone to inflammatory processes, and I am 30 years old.

I have been using it for two months now, and I have normal skin type, aged 35+. The consistency is very light, gel-like, and I apply it with my hands without cotton pads. The toner spreads easily on the skin. It absorbs instantly. The skin becomes moisturized, velvety, and soft.
