Regarding the effectiveness, I cannot say anything yet as I have only used it once. It is unfortunate that the manufacturer does not indicate how often the product should be used, so I have decided for myself that once a week will be sufficient. The lotion tends to spread and the pump does not hold onto the ampoule well, so my advice to all consumers is to secure it as best as possible, or better yet, hold it firmly. I liked that the lotion has a rose scent. Another plus point is the nice packaging.
The best ampoules in terms of price and quality. Believe me, ladies, I've tried everything. Upon the recommendation of my trichologist, I switched to them as I have AGA. They work best when used with a mesoroller. One ampoule lasts for 3-4 uses. The effect is noticeable after 2 months of regular use, and the course lasts for 4 months, so don't give up halfway. And most importantly, if you're looking for a magical pill, it doesn't exist. You need to have a balanced diet, restore any deficiencies, especially pay attention to ferritin. Magnesium, calcium, and B-group vitamins should be at normal levels, and the total protein in your tests should be closer to the upper limit of normal, as there won't be enough resources in the body for hair restoration otherwise. These ampoules are great! Although my hair is still falling out, a lot of new baby hair has appeared. The ampoules from the same brand, 3.4, are also amazing. They are very easy to use, and one ampoule is enough for two applications. The scent is pleasant, and the composition is excellent.
I will start by saying that I have AGA (androgenetic alopecia). For those who are not familiar with it - lucky you, but for those who are, you will sympathize that you are going bald and it is impossible to cure, only slow down the hair loss.
I decided to write this review after using the product for 1.5 months, so that I could understand if there are any results from using it or not.
To begin with, I have been using Minoxidil (2%) for 4 years, and my hair has gotten used to it over such a long period of time. Minoxidil didn't really help much, and I didn't want to switch to a higher percentage.
I decided to look for some other product and remembered that a friend had recommended DSD. Before that, I had tried Ducray sprays for hair loss, but there was not much effect.
Impressions from using DSD: after 1.5 months of use (applying once a day, as recommended), I can say that yes, my hair has indeed reduced its shedding by about 1.5 times, and I understand that this is due to the effect of this lotion, as I have not changed anything else in my hair care routine and have not used any other products.
As for the smell, many people say that it smells great, but no, I wouldn't call it great. It is a matter of personal preference, as the smell is very sharp and doesn't dissipate. And if your head sweats (sorry) in the heat, this smell follows you all day.
But aside from the smell, I recommend purchasing the lotion, especially for those who experience temporary hair loss or need to support their hair.
For those whose hair loss is due to hormonal imbalances, as you can understand, one lotion alone is not enough. You also need a complex of vitamins and other supporting products.
And I am very happy that I found, albeit not a cheap, but such a good alternative to Minoxidil.

This product really works! I say this as someone who has been struggling with hair loss for 4 years with varying success and even tried minoxidil for a while. After four months of use, the hair loss has decreased, and trichoscopy showed a significant amount of new, albeit thin, hair growth. To increase thickness, I was recommended to use Activa A3 and scalp massages, which together have practically normalized the situation. Therefore, I am satisfied with this product - it is a wonderful way to avoid using minoxidil and other harsh chemicals.
