This is an excellent mask, exactly what I was looking for. I only apply it to my roots, and use a different moisturizing mask for the ends, all of this under a thermo cap for 15-20 minutes. It may not be suitable for those with highly sensitive and dry skin, as it could potentially worsen the condition. However, it works great for combination and oily skin. You can definitely feel the heat as it warms up the skin, but I won't be using it more than once a week.

It starts to heat from the first minute, so apply it only on damp hair, specifically on the roots. It can dry out the length of the hair. I always leave it on for about 20 minutes under a shower cap and cover it with a towel on top. And remember!! Rinse it off with cool water because it can burn if it comes into contact with hot water. This mask promotes fast hair growth due to its warming effect, and new hair starts to appear after a month. However, if you have never used such masks before, don't keep it on for too long the first time, you need to get used to it.
