I developed an allergy, which is really sad because I actually liked this balm. It is gentle and melts on the lips. I ended up giving it to my dad, and it worked well for him.
The taste and smell are not very pleasant. It only moisturizes when applied to the lips, but after that, it's as if nothing has changed - there is no moisturizing effect.
The balm came in a brown package instead of a yellow one. It is very pleasant and fragrant, not sticky, and wonderfully moisturizes chapped lips. I really liked it.
I really liked the balm: it has an extremely pleasant scent and takes good care of the skin of the lips. It's a bit unusual that it's so liquid, but I can't say that it requires more frequent application than all my other balms.
I really love this brand because it reminds me of pleasant memories of summer in Provence. Almost all the ingredients are natural and therefore harmless. However, I have to be honest, the balm is not that great. It has a nice caramel scent and a oily, melting texture, but personally, I feel like it lacks something "vaseline-like", thickening, and moisture-retaining for the lips. Essentially, it is made up of oils, and on the lips, it becomes almost liquid and absorbs quickly, so I have to constantly reapply it to maintain the moisturizing effect. Overall, it's a nice product, but it only performs at a 3 out of 5 rating in terms of its functions.
P.S.: As a cuticle oil, it's simply divine! I will continue using it for that purpose.
