Bell Perfect Eyeliner Eyeliner Pen

The eyeliner is just average. I am quite skilled at applying winged eyeliner, but I had some issues with this one.

The product leaks a lot during application, and after a week, it started leaking into my cosmetic bag.

Unfortunately, my experience with this eyeliner was disappointing. From the beginning, it leaked everywhere, leaving stains no matter where I left it, even with the cap on. After each use, I had to wrap it in a tissue to avoid messing up my makeup bag. Then, it suddenly dried out. I cannot recommend it.

I really liked this product. I apply it on my powdered eyelids, and the eyeliner stays on for a long time. The color is rich black and it is easy to apply.

The color is vibrant and it stays well, but it's difficult to draw a thin line with it. Plus, you need to apply a lot of pressure.

I liked it. It doesn't leak and is easy to apply.

This is an excellent eyeliner, it is very long-lasting and lasts all day without smudging. I'm not sure how long it will last yet, but my first impression is positive.

I absolutely adore this eyeliner, and I have purchased it multiple times.
