Pour the proper dosage into a cup. Empty the cup into mouth. Swish for 30 seconds. During rinsing, gargle in your mouth. Spit the solution out in the sink. Do not swallow and dilute. Use morning and evening after brushing or after eating to remove loose food particles.
The mouthwash is good for its price. I use it after brushing my teeth, and it keeps my breath fresh for a long time. I can feel the mint and propolis in it, and it doesn't sting.
