Kiko Milano Standout Volume Buildable Mascara Mascara

I took a risk and bought this mascara. My favorite mascara (telescopic) was not available, but this one from a good brand was on sale as well. I really liked it because it meets some important criteria for me: it doesn't smudge, it applies very evenly (without clumping or being too dry), it doesn't dry out quickly in the tube, it has a silicone brush, and it has a stylish design.

I didn't buy it here, but the mascara is terrible! After a few hours of application, I noticed the panda effect.

Expensive disappointment :( How convenient is it to use such a brush? It's a matter of habit. But here's the thing, the mascara itself, after a few hours of application with a thin even layer, ends up on the lower lid. It creates a panda effect. I expected more for the price. But more expensive doesn't necessarily mean better.

The mascara is excellent. At first, the brush shape made me skeptical, but then it impressed me greatly. The bristles are arranged like blades of a valve, first from one side and then from the other. This ensures that no lashes are left out. I have never seen a brush structure like this before. I see many negative comments, but personally, I am completely satisfied. It doesn't flake, it washes off nicely, and it doesn't smudge. Although I admit I have never had issues with smudging. Except maybe with the chubby yellow Maybelline mascaras. They always slid onto my lower lid and turned me into a panda. So maybe it's just me. The only thing is that in the beginning, it slightly smudges on the lids during application, but I think it's because I have been using mascaras with curved brushes for many years, and now I have to get used to a straight one. But even that is not a problem because I just waited a couple of minutes for it to dry, and then I gently removed the smudges with a cotton swab or even my finger. Ladies, wait for the mascara to dry if you make a mistake. Once it dries, it simply flakes off in dry little particles, rather than smearing all over the lid when it's still wet.

The mascara truly leaves a strong impression on the eyelashes. Its main advantage is the volume and length it provides. The brush is convenient for application, and in this aspect, Max Factor is more affordable and just as good.

This mascara is excellent as it does not cause any irritations or allergic reactions. It coats the lashes nicely and stays on throughout the entire day, even without a base.
