It doesn't help with dandruff or regulate sebum production. In fact, if you use it too often, you might even get dry dandruff as a bonus. It also doesn't help with itchiness. By the way, I don't have any fungal infection, so you can't blame the problem on that. This shampoo is not worth the money.
