How can I return the product? This is just terrible, not only did it start charging after 10 attempts, but it also doesn't absorb anything, zero power! I want to return this Chinese rubbish! Although it says Poland on your website, I expected the product to arrive within a week, assuming it was coming from Europe.
I ordered a second one because the first one stopped working after 6 months. I checked the second one at the post office... it wouldn't turn on or charge... what a shame.

I was looking for a device that was not manufactured in China, as it is a country that supports racism.
The description stated that the production and brand were from Poland. In reality, I received a product made in China.

I recommend trying all the attachments and finding the one that suits you the best.
Well, what can I say... At first, I thought it didn't work well, but then I changed the attachment and voila - my face was clean, but with bruises (I made that mistake like all beginners). It cleans the pores... although you really need to steam your face specifically for that! And secondly, I want to say that this product won't remove pimples like a vacuum cleaner. It's not a cure-all for all the flaws on your face... you need to use something else in combination. My verdict - it's okay!
