I bought a combination skin cleanser for my 19-year-old daughter. According to her, it effectively removes even stubborn makeup, but it leaves the skin feeling greasy, so she uses a foam cleanser or enzyme powder to remove the excess oil. Overall, my daughter likes the balm.
I decided to write a review here for the first time. And only because I am shocked by the comments, to be honest. Half of the people probably don't read anything about the product they are going to use, because only that can explain such reviews. It is a cleanser for the first stage of skin cleansing, it removes makeup wonderfully, even SPF. Yes, during the first use, you don't really understand how it works. You just need to apply a small amount to your hands, rub them together until the texture becomes oily, not white. Then apply it to the skin with massaging movements. Literally after a minute, everything washes off wonderfully with warm water. That's it. Additionally, we use a product for the second stage. The skin is very delicate after this cleanser, not tight. And honestly, I don't understand why it should "squeak" - it is unacceptable to move it like that. And then they wonder why wrinkles, irritations, and breakouts appear. I will definitely buy this product again. Although it is not very economical in terms of consumption.
I didn't buy it here, but this thing is awesome! The combination of leather with enlarged pores, though prone to dryness, is just amazing! It effectively removes long-lasting makeup.
• inconvenient
• not economical
• irritates the eyes
• doesn't leave a feeling of clean skin afterwards.
However, it could have been worse.
The cosmetologist advised me to remove it from my skincare routine and replace it with a more effective hydrophilic oil.
Now I am using the cult-favorite Heimish All Clean Balm Blister.
The packaging is also not very convenient, but for the same price, it offers more effectiveness.
This product does not dry out the skin. However, removing eye makeup is very problematic. If even a small amount of the product gets into the eyes, they start to burn terribly. And after rinsing the eyes, for several minutes it feels like a haze is lingering before them.
I rarely write negative reviews because I believe that every product is meant for its own consumer. However, the price is not small. I knew what product I was buying and how to use it. I tested it for a month. So, the cost is greatly inflated and it is not cost-effective. This product did not remove my SPF from CSRX and eye pencil from Pupa, nor did it clear my clogged pores. For this money, I could have bought a 500ml micellar water or a good hydrophilic balm. Its only advantage is its gentle formula, suitable for sensitive and irritated skin. It slightly moisturizes dry areas. I want to warn everyone: if you are not allergic and do not have dry skin, choose another product. I have combination skin with occasionally clogged pores on my nose, rare inflammations, and subcutaneous pimples. I absolutely did not like this product.
To all those who write negative reviews, first you need to learn how to use the product as indicated in the description. It removes everything excellently. This is the first step of cleansing, and some people may need to use a cleansing gel after this product. I have oily, problematic skin (but remember, if you have acne, it's not just an external problem, consult a gastroenterologist and treat it, and then write negative comments). Even for me, simply washing my face twice with this product works well. I like the effect, my skin truly becomes less oily, but it doesn't dry out my skin at all. I am very satisfied.
The balm effectively removes makeup, including long-lasting mascara, in just a few minutes. However, it causes a strong burning sensation when it gets into the eyes.
I didn't understand this product. It somehow cleanses the skin (without makeup) in a confusing way, and I don't feel like my skin is clean after using this balm. It's not very economical, as you need a lot for a strange result. I'm not impressed, and I don't recommend spending money on this useless product.
This is an excellent facial cleanser, especially for oily or combination skin. It does not dry out the skin or cause excessive oil production. In the summer, you can wash your face with it and skip applying moisturizer because it won't leave your skin dry. Since the product needs to be applied on dry skin and has an oily texture, it is very convenient to use it for massaging before rinsing it off.
I purchased it from another place, but I want to leave a review here as well. This makeup remover doesn't work well, to be honest. There's nothing better than the pink toner for removing makeup. However, this facial cleanser has actually helped me get rid of my acne. I have struggled and tried everything, but with this cleanser, my acne has disappeared forever. Coincidence? I don't think so.
The skin is combination. The cleansing is very delicate. So much so that sometimes it seems insufficient and I have to wash my face with foam as well, although I bought this product because it is non-foaming. It really resembles hydrophilic oil. There is no "squeaky clean" feeling after cleansing, which is a plus for me. I have also come across information that this product should be used as the first step in cleansing, so maybe it is normal that sometimes I want to wash my face again afterwards. It dissolves heavy makeup well if you wait at least a minute after applying. In the summer, I rarely wear heavy makeup, so this product alone is enough for cleansing. The consumption is very high, which was unexpected for me, as products with a similar texture usually tend to last longer. Overall, it's a decent option, I will order it again, but I am reducing the rating due to the high consumption.
Definitely not suitable for oily or combination skin! It does not effectively cleanse the skin at all! And the product also has an outrageously high consumption rate...
This product effectively removes makeup, has a pleasant texture, and boasts an excellent formula. Overall, it performs exceptionally well. However, one downside is that it tends to run out quickly, as the balm unexpectedly ran out in no time.
I did not buy it here, but the product is good. It even removes waterproof mascara without irritating the eyes. Personally, I find the application method inconvenient, but I might get used to it. I use it in combination with the cream and hyaluronic acid from the same series, and my face has greatly improved.
I have been using this product for several months. It should be applied to dry facial skin and massaged. It heats up from body temperature and becomes oily, transforming into an emulsion. Then you rinse it off with warm water. After washing, the face feels soft and not overly dry, and it did not cause any breakouts. I have oily skin. It effectively removes makeup!
I also don't know why the girl from the first review had such a bad experience with this product. The product's action is similar to that of hydrophilic oil. It is slightly oily and when in contact with water, it turns into an emulsion. I don't wear a lot of makeup, but it removed powder and mascara excellently. The skin feels moisturized after using this product (although it feels unusual at first). Overall, I liked the product, but it can be quite expensive due to its high consumption. I might consider repurchasing it during colder seasons. I deduct one point for the price and quick consumption.
I don't know why this previous reviewer had such a negative experience with this cleanser, but I understand that everyone's experience can be different, and perhaps they had little experience with cleansers like this one. Honestly, it is a very good product. I also have dry skin and this cleanser cleanses well and doesn't leave my skin too dry afterwards. I sincerely recommend it to everyone with dry skin!
After using it, you need to wash your face again with foam or face wash gel because it leaves a greasy film on the skin. Despite having dry skin, I had two inflamed spots right after the first use. It's a waste of money because it doesn't completely remove makeup. It's much better to use a good face wash gel and toner instead (so you don't have to remove makeup first and then try to wash off this product from your face). Additionally, the jar is not filled completely with the product. I tried using it for two weeks; applying it in different ways, different amounts, and rinsing with water of different temperatures, but there is absolutely no difference.
