I can't say if it works, BUT why doesn't anyone mention its unpleasant smell???? It smells like an old grandpa to me. Aloe is much nicer and provides good moisturization.
I have been buying this product for the 5th time already. I really like the toner, it is perfect for my oily skin with acne. It doesn't make it worse, and I feel a tightening sensation when using it, while also providing a slight moisturizing effect.
You might as well smear yourself with water.

This toner is simply a good basic product. It doesn't perform miracles, but it cleanses well. It's not sticky, doesn't cause any burning or tightness. I have oily and sensitive skin.

I really like this toner! I have combination skin with inflammations on the lower part of my cheeks. It doesn't tighten or leave any unpleasant sensations on my skin. I have been using it twice a day for a week now. My face looks better, the inflammations heal faster, and the marks left by them are less noticeable. I purchased this product for my boyfriend, who has problematic oily skin. The toner was really impressive - it has a pleasant scent of tea tree, doesn't dry out the skin, soothes and reduces inflammation. I also use it occasionally when I have breakouts. The usage is economical as well: I ordered it in January and now, at the end of August, it's finally running out and I need to order a new one.
The smell is terribly chemical, and it even contains alcohol. I definitely won't be using it.
