Moisturizing Face Toner Q+A Niacinamide Daily Toner

This toner is simply fantastic! It suited me very well, helped reduce breakouts on my skin without drying it out. And it doesn't cost a fortune either!

I ordered a second one, as recommended by beauty experts on Instagram. It doesn't cause any discomfort and suits me well. However, I didn't notice any extraordinary effects.

I didn't buy it here, but this is simply an amazing basic toner. I have oily skin prone to breakouts. The toner doesn't make my skin oily or sticky, it absorbs perfectly. The cream applies well on top of it. I use it before my retinol cream.
