Turn off the dispenser by setting the dial at the back of the device to the "off" position. Before inserting the replacement canister, ensure that the red lever inside the device is in the raised position. Then, insert the replacement canister with the nozzle facing outward. Close the dispenser. Once turned on, the spraying will begin automatically after 15 seconds.

I set it on the medium spray mode, and it doesn't smell AT ALL. Only if you manage to get right under it, then you can sense the smell, otherwise, no.
The scent is reminiscent of grandmother's perfume, and it is not pleasant at all... Although, the fragrance in the liquid sprayer is actually quite nice.
I'm not sure, but I didn't really like it. The scent is a bit suffocating, both at the beginning and afterwards.
