The mask is great. However, it seems like there's a difference in the formula between the large and small sizes. The large one is nourishing but doesn't really moisturize. The small one, on the other hand, is quite moisturizing and has a much better effect overall; the difference is significant and a bit confusing. The 150 ml size doesn't last long—only about five uses—while the large size lasted me several months and only costs twice as much.

However, I've noticed that with prolonged use, it can over-nourish the hair, so I alternate it with a lighter Garnier Banana mask. Unfortunately, the mask, conditioner, and shampoo from Lador did not work for me. My hair became even drier, more brittle, and it looked simply terrible. I had hoped for a filler effect, but it was the same. I often experiment with different shampoos (sulfate and sulfate-free), but Lador is definitely not for me. Perhaps it's my individual intolerance.

1. Today, I posted a negative review regarding false information about the availability of a 530 ml mask. This review was deleted without any response.
2. Subsequently, I posted ANOTHER review demanding an explanation about the product and why my initial comment was removed.
Following this, the company Make Up deleted my second review (which included a request for an explanation of their rude treatment of customers, evident in the unjustified deletion of critical comments) and reinstated the first review, yet still failed to provide a meaningful response regarding the repeated (THREE TIMES) changes to the product's expected delivery date.
3. I left a third message demanding an explanation for the deletion of my first review and why they only responded to my SECOND request (without any clarification about their actions in removing customer comments).

My further messages continue to be deleted without any explanation regarding the removal of critical reviews. I have saved all my messages (screenshots were taken). This shameful situation will be highlighted on social media. Perhaps then I will get answers to two questions: 1) Why does Make Up not adhere to the delivery timelines it sets on its website, constantly changing the dates (note that I am not interested in the company's relationships with suppliers); 2) According to which regulation or law does Make Up delete my negative reviews as a consumer of their services?

Additionally, I expect a constructive response to my concerns about the misleading release date information and the deletion of my negative review by Make Up.
