Maybe that's how it's supposed to feel, but I'm not sure. It's a shame because I bought this essence as a replacement for my toner.

My skin tone has evened out, and I apply it in the morning and at night using my fingers. It has a pleasant citrus scent. I'll definitely buy it again, but I'm not sure if it's better to use it during the summer or if it's more suitable for the fall and winter when the sun isn't as strong.
