Gently massage or wash your body with soft motions, starting from the hands and feet, moving towards the heart. Initially, the skin might become slightly pink, but over time, you can increase the pressure of the brush.
The procedure should last 5-10 minutes daily, and the first results can be felt after a few sessions.
Replace the brush when the bristles wear out. The wooden part is protected with natural wax, but keep in mind that using the brush in the shower may cause small cracks and darkening of the frame, which is a natural process. To prolong the brush's lifespan, occasionally apply regular vegetable oil, like the kind used in the kitchen.
Dry the brush with the bristles facing downwards. Do not dry it on radiators or other heat sources. If you are not using the brush, try not to store it in a closed shower cabinet.
After dry brushing, shake the brush against your hand to remove any dead skin cells. If necessary, wash it in soapy water, rinse with clean water, and let it air dry with the bristles facing downwards.
