The skin is slightly problematic with mild redness on the cheeks. It didn't calm the skin, but it didn't make it worse either. I barely finished using it because I couldn't even bring myself to. I definitely won't buy it again.
I ordered from Makeup. I have dry/very dry, sensitive skin with acne and rosacea. The cream-gel gently moisturizes and absorbs quickly without leaving a filmy residue. However, when it comes to makeup, I still prefer Misha Ice Tear more :)
I didn't buy it here. I didn't like it, even though when I bought it, it seemed like love. It has a classic gel texture. The scent is exactly like Clinique Moisture Surge gel cream. When used over my favorite toner, it leaves a sticky feeling. It doesn't moisturize. It doesn't soothe. It's just nothing special. Fortunately, it doesn't cause breakouts, which is the only positive thing about it.
I am purchasing this cream for the second time and using it in combination with the facial cleanser from the same series. I really like this combination. The cream has a light texture and absorbs quickly. I use it in the morning and throughout the day, and it doesn't leave my skin greasy (my T-zone tends to be oily). I didn't notice any significant soothing effect, but it definitely doesn't clog pores and allows the skin to breathe. I don't feel any film or cream on my skin at all. The facial cleanser is also great; it effectively and gently removes makeup without leaving my skin feeling tight. I use it together with my teenage daughter, and it works well for her too.
