I used it myself three times, the first time the cream was very good because it moisturized well, but then it stopped working... And I bought it for my mom - she absolutely hated it, she categorically did not like it.
So here's one advice: try it if you really want to, but if there is another option - don't buy it.

I agree with the negative reviews. I've read about the confusing consistency, but since people have different criteria, I wasn't expecting anything terrible that could surprise me. But wow! This is something else! It's a sticky mass that stretches endlessly like threads, as others have mentioned. It doesn't distribute well and doesn't absorb. I will try using it as a mask and then washing it off.

I can handle the texture of this cream and the unpleasant sticky and tight feeling after it absorbs, but developing a rash from using it is just too much. I don't even know why I fell for the idea that Korean cosmetics are so great and the positive reviews.

I have learned to easily handle it - just take a little cream on your finger and gently pat it on with your fingertips. Then you can apply it to your face.

I didn't like it at all. I applied toner, serum, and then cream on my face, but my skin still felt overly dry and tight. Yes, it is a bit sticky, but if you "scrape" it to the edge of the jar, there are no issues with getting just a small amount.
Those who claim that it "doesn't moisturize enough" are clearly new to Korean skincare. ALL snail creams, for the most part, do NOT moisturize!!! Their purpose is to exfoliate, so to speak. To renew the skin. Not to try and revive an old layer.
And after using them, if necessary, you apply moisturizing creams on top. And underneath, you can and should use a moisturizing toner, emulsion, whatever you prefer.
For example, I use a toner with galactomyces, about 2-3 layers, then an emulsion with seawater or a serum with panthenol, and only then the snail cream.
I have combination skin, 40+, but despite all this skincare routine, it is NOT oily, NOT sticky, comfortable all day long!
For those whose face becomes oilier (while the cream itself is not greasy), either they still lack hydration, and the skin is protecting itself, or, sadly, some ingredient irritates them, doesn't suit them individually. And that needs to be identified.

This is more like a cream-gel. It absorbs excellently, leaving no residue or greasy film. The skin looks much better, acne and fine wrinkles have disappeared. The BEST cream for me. I'm already finishing my second jar (unfortunately, I bought it elsewhere, I didn't even know it was available here...).
