Take an amount equal to three fingertip-sized portions. Now, take your other hand and massage the cream between your palms to warm it up for 30 seconds. Then, apply the cream to your face using both hands, starting from the center and moving towards the edges, including the chin. Next, move upwards without removing your hands from your face. After that, the cream will be more manageable, and you can give yourself a massage. Make sure to extend the application to your décolletage area, even if you're only 20 years old, as the skin there is very delicate and should be taken care of from a young age. I really like this cream. I only apply it as a nighttime mask. In the morning, all inflammations decrease and disappear. It takes a while to wash it off in the morning because it's quite slimy!
