I have purchased this product multiple times. Initially, I thought that my hair problem was due to my scalp condition, but after reading reviews, I realized that the issue was with the shampoo itself. It weighs down my hair and makes it greasy much faster compared to other products. Some reviews suggest washing the hair three times... Why not ten?
I am satisfied with this shampoo, as it has made my hair pleasant to the touch. It also helps to slow down the greasiness of my hair. I am truly happy with it and will definitely buy it again!

I bought a shampoo and I'm disappointed. At first, my hair was dirty and I thought, "What did I buy?" But then I thought, let me read the instructions on the official website. So, for those whose hair becomes "greasy" after using this shampoo, as if it's not properly rinsed and gets dirty again in the evening, here's a tip: wash your hair twice, vigorously massaging your scalp. Trust me, this is the best shampoo in the world. After rinsing twice, I can style my hair without any issues. The quality of my hair is salon-like, and my scalp remains non-greasy for three days, even though I used to wash it every other day before.
This is my first time writing a review here. And for the first time, such a terrible shampoo. My head is even greasier after washing.
This shampoo is excellent. We have already bought around 10 bottles, which says a lot. My daughter and I both use it - she has long, dyed blonde hair, while I have short hair. I would like to give a special thanks to makap for the prompt replacement, as the shampoo had practically spilled completely during transportation.
I regret not reading reviews before purchasing(( I completely agree with the previous comments: hair becomes even dirtier than before washing, difficult to comb, and residue appears on the comb immediately. The first time I used conditioner from the same series with the shampoo and I was shocked, thinking that I didn't wash my head properly. The next time I washed my hair, it took water from a whole boiler, but it didn't solve the problem - same effect. Then I experimented with different masks and balms, and in conclusion: this shampoo is not worth its price, it requires an ocean of water to rinse off and doesn't fulfill its purpose, so I absolutely do not recommend buying it.
I purchased the entire CER-100 line. I am not satisfied with the shampoo at all - it has a gel-like texture, similar to a hand sanitizer, which makes it very difficult to rinse off from both my hair and the walls of the bathtub.
The smell is also unpleasant.
After using it, my hair feels greasy the very next day. It's a shame to waste it - 500ml.
The rest of the products in the series are wonderful, especially the oil.
The shampoo arrived without a nice cardboard box! It was simply wrapped in plastic film. It's not presentable at all as a gift...

My new love. The entire series is simply luxurious!!!! Everything smells delicious. The shampoo is economical to use. It lathers well and smells very nice. The conditioner and mask make my hair obedient and soft. The hair oil is a real find. I have dry ends, and this oil is magical and very economical. I am satisfied with the entire series.
The shampoo was absolutely unsuitable. It is difficult to rinse off, and after using it, my hair still feels unwashed. Perhaps it is necessary to use some conditioners afterwards... I will try experimenting with masks and conditioners, but I will not buy this product again.

I didn't understand this shampoo. It cleanses moderately, leaving a slippery layer on the hair, face, and neck. I have to thoroughly rinse it off, standing under a powerful stream of water. Without conditioner or hair mask, the hair becomes stiff and tangled. Masks from other brands for some reason don't work with this shampoo - the hair remains just as tangled, making it impossible to apply a mask or conditioner between the strands. When used in combination with the conditioner from the same brand or the "8-second" mask, the hair looks closer to the desired result. The hair stays clean for exactly one day, then there is a desire to wash them, and by the end of the second day, it feels like oil has been poured on them.
Plus points for the subtle scent and cool packaging design, but that is not as important in a shampoo.
I swear, the same Fructis shampoo cleans my hair better.
Despite my love for Korean cosmetics, I will not buy this shampoo again.
Well, first of all, you should apply the shampoo twice (the second time just a little bit). Secondly, sometimes you need to get used to the product. For me, it took my scalp about a week to get used to it. At first, there was a slight dandruff and itchiness (again, not too much), but after a week, everything went away. And thirdly, after using shampoo, no matter which one you use nowadays, you should apply a second product: a mask, conditioner, or balm (because the water is hard and not the shampoo, but the water will dry out your hair). Now, this is my favorite shampoo. I have long, shiny, and uncolored hair. Still, you can't compare any Korean product to foreign or domestic mass market ones, even the expensive ones. I deducted a star because of its consistency. It is very liquid.
This shampoo is completely ordinary, no advantages or disadvantages have been noticed.
