Apply to dry hair one hour before washing, spreading it evenly from roots to ends. If needed, massage into the roots. Rinse thoroughly with warm running water without using shampoo. When using it as a shampoo and conditioner, apply to wet hair with massaging motions and rinse with warm running water. We recommend alternating the hair yogurt with Dushka natural shampoo.

I bought this product as an additional care and anti-dandruff treatment. The "yogurt" has a pleasant smell, and I used it as a shampoo on wet hair. I am satisfied so far, as my hair feels soft and stays clean for longer. It feels like a natural cosmetic product, with a good consistency and without any unnecessary additives.
It is advisable to use it an hour before washing, and then rinse it off with water, that's all. However, the consumption is high (one jar is enough for 4 uses, for waist-length hair). Therefore, the price is high, but the result is excellent.
The smell of yogurt is not very pleasant to me. The consistency is strange, very sticky and thick, which makes it difficult to apply and tangles the hair. The result is not bad, the hair is soft and manageable. Nothing special or wow-result. I didn't like it as a shampoo and conditioner. The actions of the conditioner are not visible at all. But as an additional care, it's not a bad thing. It's best to use it once every 1.5/2 weeks because it expires after 3 months of opening the jar. The consumption is generally economical, it lasts for a sufficient amount of time for my long hair.

I needed a product that could be added to homemade masks and also used independently. I am very pleased with this yogurt. It works wonders for my hair. It nourishes my hair very well, making it shiny and fragrant. I will definitely order more. The only downside is that the price used to be 120, but now it's 219.
