I had ordered this fluid once before and I was delighted with it. It had a thick, gel-like texture with a dispenser just like in the photo.
However, today I received a liquid spray. It seems more like a hair spray. I am really disappointed. The photo does not match the reality, as there is just a spray nozzle instead of a dispenser.
On the bottle itself, it clearly states that it is a fluid, not a spray.
I suspect that I received the wrong product: the photo showed a dispenser, but I received one with a spray nozzle.
I already have a similar product that works great for me, but it is very different in consistency: mine is gel-like, while the one that arrived is more of a liquid (I showed everything in the photo, but the liquid is not very noticeable on the palm).
The packaging is identical, but the contents and dispensers are different.
My question to the manufacturer is: where did the mistake happen, and which specific product is in the gel-like state?
