It turns out, men and women are not so different after all. The perfume Aqua Di Profumo Assenzio by L'erbolario reaffirms this statement, blurring the lines between the strong and the fair sex. Its fougère and citrus fragrance belongs to the unisex category, making it a splendid adornment for both the sensual and delicate lady, and the masculine, slightly dreamy gentleman.
The top of this olfactory sculpture is adorned with bright lemon scents, enriched with lemon and wormwood. The feminine torso, captivating with its elegant curves, is entwined with the fragrances of tarragon and aromatic coriander. Hundreds of bright carnation petals are scattered at the feet of the sculpture. They create the final chord, placing an intriguing ellipsis in the last sentence of the story.
I really wanted a solo-aroma of wormwood, but without the bitterness. The wormwood is subtly noticeable, and on me it has a decent level of sweetness, but not excessively so. I think I'll have to wait for colder weather, maybe it will change somehow differently. But for now, I can clearly smell a completely identical matiola (a small, simple, purple flower that only smells in the twilight) in it. I think this combination of wormwood and cinnamon gives me that recognition effect. Since this scent is a childhood memory for me, it is definitely a must-have. For those I have asked, it is a sweet-herbal pleasant and non-trivial scent.
I have been wanting to try this brand for a long time, so I bought three perfumes based on reviews. I am absolutely thrilled with Dolce Elixir and Fresca Essence, but this one is a triple cologne.
The water is amazing! The hint of wormwood is subtly noticeable, then the fragrance starts to play with vibrant colors, ultimately becoming more woody-sweet. In my opinion, it leans more towards a masculine scent. My man is absolutely thrilled.
It smells like tarragon. Like the beverage Tarragon. In terms of strength, it's either cologne or lotion. But it has decent lasting power, for a few hours. The scent is simple. It's suitable for a cream or deodorant, not perfume.
Well, what can I say? I really liked this water. It's not sweet, slightly bitter. I was expecting a bit more bitterness in the scent, but unfortunately... It lasts for about four hours, no longer. I think it would be better suited for cool weather, there's something warm and cozy in its scent. It's like it envelops you and warms you up. I want to try another fragrance, similar to the Gardens of the Mediterranean by Hermes. The store's service is excellent, as always. Thank you, MAKEUP!!!
I disagree with Irina's opinion about the scent being "completely masculine". While it may seem heavy to some, for example, Coco Chanel is also heavy but no one calls it masculine. Yes, it is more suitable for colder seasons, but it is not nauseating, it has a certain Eastern touch, and it smells very expensive, like Chanel. Out of all the l'erbolario products, and I have about 20 of them, this remains my favorite. I also love the sweet poppy scent, but they are different.
This fragrance is truly remarkable. However, it is undeniably masculine. There is no need to mislead anyone. Men would definitely find their own scent.
This fragrance is luxurious, soft, and enveloping. It has a moderate intensity and reminds me of the scent you encounter when passing by a high-end soap store. I really like it - among all the L'erbolario fragrances, it remains my favorite.
The scent is odd - definitely not a faint one, rather a bitterness of grapefruit peels, but undeniably original. It can be owned for infrequent use.
