I purchased this product in order to make my hairstyles hold better with the Dyson curling attachments. The first thing I noticed is that it is not a cream, but more like a golden transparent jelly-gel. If you apply too much of it, it weighs down the hair and the hairstyle won't hold. However, if you apply two or three pumps, the hairstyle holds somewhat, but the back strands still tend to fall apart, even though I have dyed blonde hair. I liked that after drying, this product doesn't feel heavy on the hair if you apply it in minimal amounts. I will continue testing it, but for now, I'm not too impressed. I prefer creamier textures.
This product is excellent at holding hairstyles without causing hair to stick together. I apply 2-3 pumps of the product onto wet hair, then use a hairdryer and curling iron to create voluminous styling (I have short hair). The volume stays for 2 days.
This product was a perfect fit for my thin, short hair. It eliminates frizz and enhances each strand, which is exactly what I wanted.
