I am very grateful for the excellent service. I picked up my package without checking it, and when I unpacked it at home, I found that it was broken on one side. I emailed them, and they contacted me in less than an hour to discuss the situation. We agreed on an exchange for a new mirror, and the next morning, a courier brought the new mirror, which I checked upon receipt. They took the broken one back without asking for any additional charges. I am truly impressed and thankful for the store's responsibility and customer-oriented approach. The mirror itself is of great quality for its price, stands firmly, is sturdy, doesn't rattle, holds its tilt angles well, and features a regular mirror and a 3x magnification. I highly recommend it. Learn from my mistake and always inspect your packages upon receipt. This was not my first purchase from this store, and it certainly won't be my last. Thank you!

This mirror is a good value for its price. It is heavy and has a non-slip surface at the bottom. It does not distort the image when viewed up close, but from a distance, it slightly appears to be floating (although this could be due to your close proximity). In terms of quality, I would rate it 8 out of 10.
