1. Apply a generous amount of serum to the back of your clean hand using the applicator.
2. With clean hands, gently apply the serum to your lips using your ring finger, starting from the center and moving outwards.

I bought it on sale, I wouldn't have bought it at full price.. but.. if it was worth it, I would have bought it at full price. The product is liquid like water, transparent, it doesn't provide much moisture or nourishment, it just has a sweet taste on the lips, it tingles after application and slightly burns for a while.. I don't see the point in using it on its own or under moisturizing lipsticks, glosses, or lip balms.. but it works well under matte, long-lasting, dry lipsticks, and glosses don't adhere as well to it as they would if applied on their own..
