I have never had a worse eye pencil in my life. When it comes to waterproofness, there's no such thing... It smudges as soon as you start drawing a line, and spreads all over your eyes, it's just awful. I ordered it for the first time because I read positive reviews about it on other websites. But it's nothing like the reviews. I do not recommend it to anyone, it's a waste of money.
