This mask is something incredible, you just need to adapt it to how you apply it (and how much). And yes, the mask is not washable: it is clearly stated in the name "leave-in". However, you can experiment with it for different types of hair: someone may need to leave it, while others may apply a thick layer throughout the length - it washes off superficially and dries on its own. The only thing is that you don't need to apply too much of it. It will create defined curls, but some people may not like the feeling on their hair. I definitely recommend it!
On the website it is stated that the mask is "non-rinseable", but on the jar it says "rinse off after 10 minutes".
