The brush is pleasant, the quality is excellent, BUT it doesn't perform any magic. I rarely have breakouts, but they haven't decreased either, blackheads are still there, nothing has changed =)

It is very pleasant to use, but if it is very expensive for you and you have high expectations for the product, then I do not recommend it. If you can afford it as a luxury, then it's fine. It also makes a great gift.
