1. o.b.® Tampons with detachable band: Before using the hygiene product, wash your hands. Twist the top and bottom parts of the cellophane wrapper in the directions indicated by the arrows around the tampon.
2. Then, while holding the lower part, remove the remaining packaging.
3. Unfold the return string by giving it a sharp tug.
4. Insert the tip of your index finger into the base of the tampon and remove the upper part of the cellophane wrapper.
5. Gently spread the labia with the fingers of your free hand. Relax! Carefully insert the tampon as deeply as possible into the vagina. If you encounter resistance, adjust the angle of the tampon slightly.
6. If you can still feel the tampon, insert it a little deeper. When inserted correctly, the tampon will be in the middle third of the vagina, and you should not be able to feel it. Wash your hands. -
