You can still enjoy a swim in the gentle sea and the crystal-clear pool by bringing along a box of o.b. Normal tampons. They offer comfort and allow you to sunbathe in your swimsuit and enjoy continuous fun day and night. Just remember to change your hygiene products every 3 hours.

1. o.b.® Tampons with Easy-to-Remove Strip: Before using the hygiene product, wash your hands. Twist the upper and lower parts of the cellophane wrapper in the directions indicated by the arrows around the tampon.
2. Then, holding the lower part, remove the remaining packaging.
3. Unwrap the return string by giving it a sharp pull.
4. Insert the tip of your index finger into the base of the hygiene product and remove the top part of the cellophane wrapper.
5. Gently spread the labia with the fingers of your free hand. Relax! Carefully insert the tampon as deeply as possible into the vagina. If you feel resistance, adjust the direction of the tampon slightly.
6. If you still feel the tampon, insert it a bit deeper. When inserted correctly, the tampon will be in the middle third of the vagina and you will not feel it. Wash your hands. -

These earplugs are extremely basic. I bought them to try based on reviews, but they didn't work for me.
Personally, these are comfortable for me in every aspect: quality, convenience, material, and price.
