1. o.b.® Tampons with Tear-Off Strip: Before using the hygiene product, wash your hands. Twist the top and bottom parts of the cellophane wrapper in the directions indicated by the arrows around the tampon.
2. Then, holding it by the bottom part, remove the remaining packaging.
3. Unfold the return string by giving it a sharp tug.
4. Insert the tip of your index finger into the base of the hygiene product and remove the top part of the cellophane wrapper.
5. Gently spread the labia with the fingers of your free hand. Relax! Carefully insert the tampon as deeply as possible into the vagina. If you feel resistance, slightly adjust the direction of the tampon.
6. If you continue to feel the tampon, insert it a bit deeper. When inserted correctly, the tampon will be in the middle third of the vagina, and you won't feel it. Wash your hands.
