For light flow days, it is not a good idea to go with the tampons that have high levels of absorbency. The reason is simple: they can dry out vaginal tissue and cause lots of discomfort. 1. o.b.® Tampons with Tear-Off Ribbon: Before using the hygiene product, wash your hands. Twist the top and bottom parts of the cellophane wrapper in the directions indicated by the arrows around the tampon.
2. Then, holding it by the bottom part, remove the remaining packaging.
3. Unwind the return string by pulling it sharply.
4. Insert the tip of your index finger into the base of the hygiene product and remove the top part of the cellophane wrapper.
5. Gently spread the labia with the fingers of your free hand. Relax! Carefully insert the tampon as deeply as possible into the vagina. If you encounter resistance, slightly adjust the direction of the tampon.
6. If you can still feel the tampon, insert it a bit deeper. When inserted correctly, the tampon will be in the middle third of the vagina, and you won't feel it. Wash your hands. -

The product is bad, uncomfortable, and poorly packaged. The thread is too long. Cotex is a hundred times better in all aspects.
