The balm arrived with the cap unscrewed and half of the bottle missing. The box showed no signs of damage, so it seems likely that they noticed this defect during packing but still decided to ship it. I didn't bother returning it and just threw it away. I've never encountered such poor product quality and service anywhere else.

It might be a counterfeit, or perhaps it was stored improperly in the warehouse, or it's a manufacturing defect. Whatever the case, this product could potentially harm someone's health. Customers should receive quality products, not something like this. It's not the buyer's fault if a batch isn't quality-checked.

Its hold is also less effective than expected.

"Makeup" might argue that manufacturers can change their product formulation without notice, but please remember that this can harm your customers' health. Please ensure better quality control and verify what you're selling.

I purchased this balm and I am enjoying it. It has a pleasant coconut scent and does not make my beard shiny like oils do. It also provides a light hold. I recommend it to guys with medium to long beards!
