Before use, test the fragrance for individual tolerance. For aroma burners: use 2-3 drops for an area of 15 square meters. For inhalation: hot inhalation (3-5 minutes) - 1 drop; cold inhalation: 1-2 minutes. For aroma pendants: 1 drop. For gargling: mix 1 drop with 0.5 tsp of an emulsifier (soda, salt, honey) in a glass of warm water. For baths: full baths – 2-3 drops; warm sitz baths – 1-2 drops. For massage and rubbing: use 2-6 drops per 10 ml of carrier oil. For warm oil compresses: apply to areas of injury or pain (3 drops per 10 ml of oil). For nasal drops: mix 1 drop with 2-3 tsp of St. John's wort oil, and instill 3-4 drops in each nostril every 60-90 minutes. For enriching cosmetic products: use 1-3 drops per 5 ml of base. For cosmetic ice: mix 1 drop with honey or cosmetic cream (1 tsp), dilute in 200 ml of water, and freeze in portions. Use to wipe the face, neck, and décolleté area in the morning and evening. For internal use: add to honey or jam (3-5 drops per 100 ml), and take 1 tsp of the mixture 1-4 times a day. You can also add 1 drop to your morning yogurt (at least 100 g). Drink with a large amount of acidified water, fermented milk products, or juices. For aromatherapy brushing: apply to the teeth of the comb.
