Unfortunately, I am one of those people for whom this balm clogs pores completely. I had a long remission, and I used micellar water to remove SPF, but I happened to come across a recommendation for this balm and decided to try it. After a week of daily cleansing with this balm (I washed it off with a gel containing salicylic acid, and applied 0.025% tretinoin at night), my face was covered in painful papules and subcutaneous comedones. This is the only new product in my skincare routine, so I conclude that it is the one causing the problem. Despite the ingredients, it seemed that the product only stays on the skin until it is washed off with the gel, meaning its duration of action is short. However, even though the cleansing gel is quite active, this product is still highly comedogenic for oily/combination skin prone to acne. I will go back to using micellar water and treat my skin again.

I have oily and problematic skin. This balm works wonders, but sometimes the structure can be too oily and doesn't emulsify well. It is possible that the coconut oil separated during transportation.

I have been using it for a month. My skin is oily, with slight looseness and enlarged pores, black spots on the sides of my nose, and no obvious dermatological problems (there are some visible blood vessels around my nose, and it is sensitive). I remove sunscreen and non-long-lasting makeup with it, and it works perfectly. Using this balm is a complete pleasure. It has a very soft texture and is easy to apply. A small amount is enough for my face and neck. It has a gentle and fresh scent. It does not clog pores, it has slightly cleared them, but the black spots are still there (nothing has taken care of them yet). It does not cause any discomfort, allergies, or irritations. I use it with dry (clean) hands, on dry skin (spreading it gently on my face), and then rinse it off with water. Afterwards, I use a face gel, toner, and skincare (serum, cream). I also use it to cleanse my eyes, sometimes it gets into my eye and momentarily blurs my vision, but it doesn't irritate and I rinse it off with water. Besides cleansing, I noticed that my lashes have become darker, thicker, and appear longer (or maybe just darker at the ends, making them look longer). And one more thing, usually oils on my face irritate me (unpleasantly), but with this balm, it is pure satisfaction :).

The best makeup remover I have ever used. I have bought it for the third time now. At first, I didn't understand it right away - it seemed like it didn't remove makeup well. But then I started spreading it on my face for a longer time without adding water. When you spread it evenly, rub for about 1 minute, and then add some water and go over it again, it removes makeup perfectly the first time. Then I use the second step of cleansing - a gel or foam. After that, I use a toner - the cotton pad is clean and there are no traces of makeup left. I try to buy it in advance when there is a discount.

I couldn't remove mascara properly, but with time, I somehow learned. The most important thing is to rinse it off with a cleanser.

Cool thing! I made a mistake when I first applied it to moisturized skin - apply it directly on top of makeup with massaging movements, the balm melts on the skin and gradually dissolves it. Gently cleanses, doesn't dry out the skin. It's exactly what you need for the first stage of cleansing!
